personal trainer

This is one week worth of dirty dishes.  I waited until the weekend to wash them.  Yes, I’m lazy and unmotivated and a procrastinator.

Some of you might be wondering why there are so few dishes for 7 days of eating.  Well, that is because I’ve been ordering takeout and not doing my own cooking. I know that is one of the reasons that I’ve gained back 3 pounds.  I’m at 203 now.

I need motivation.  Was thinking that the best thing to do at this point is to find a personal trainer... someone to make me move and encourage me to eat better. 

I have a couple of trainers that I’m considering, but I would like more options.

Am looking for a workout that includes stretching for flexibility and strength with weights, once or twice a week (depending on the cost) and preferably someone who won’t make me cry.
