Day 105

Current weight 211.  I've lost another 3 pounds!  A total loss of 22 lbs since February!  I take my low carbing one-meal-at-a-time.  My goal is to lose 50 lbs by February 2017.

After researching, I learned that I should eat 50 grams of carbs a day to lose weight.  I was eating pretty much no carbs, which is not good, because we need carbs in our diet.

Here's a low carb pizza recipe:  Place shredded mozz cheese in small thin piles on parchment paper in a baking pan, and broil until melted.  Heat pizza sauce and pepperoni rounds and sauté other toppings.  Add all toppings to your pizza cheese crusts. Waalah, pizza!  (I like to sauté onions and green peppers and add black olives.)

Hmmmm:  In researching recipes online, have you ever noticed while reading comments about a recipe that's been posted, that people will say things like, "This was so delicious, except I added cream of mushroom soup instead of the cream of chicken soup.  I left out the peppers, because my son is allergic to them, and I replaced the pasta with rice  Plus, I fried it instead of baking it.  My family loved it, and said we should put it on our rotation of weekday meals!  Thank you so much for sharing your recipe."  Your recipe?  I'm like, whaaaa?
