Day 46 -- another pound down
Have lost a total of 12 lbs! Am very happy with my progress!
I’ve tried several new recipes. Didn’t care for the Lemon Garlic Chicken I made. Of course I ate it all, but not a fan of it.
Chicken and mozzarella was good good.
Bought some already made meatballs and put sauce on them. Yucko! They tasted like rubber. I marked them off the list.
My chicken salad is so yum! I’ll be having that again. Am still enjoying beef tacos, using cheese for the taco shells. Also, chicken is a good substitute for the ground beef.
I’m loving a fantastic dessert made with sugar free lemon Jello, Cool Whip and cream cheese! It’s fluffy and smooth and very tasty! You can use any flavor Jello, but the lemon really appeals to me.
Also cheese and pimento stuffed celery is one of my favorites!
As for exercise….. walking is not going well for me. I can walk all over with my Grandsons, but when I go walking for its benefits, my lower right back hurts and my hips sting very badly. Not sure what that's all about. I’m riding my exercise bike and it doesn’t hurt….but my butt gets very numb. Whine whine whine.
My goal is to lose 50 lbs by February 21, 2017. Taking it slow. This is very doable for me.
