Still low carbing. Yay me!
I’m so organized. Making a notebook of recipes that I like and also keeping a journal. Every time I begin something major, such as a diet, a trip or a party, I’m overly organized and must outline and define everything. To me, organizing is more fun than the actual thing.
Tonight, I’m trying spaghetti squash. I need to get with my Deni and get her recipe. She says she makes it all the time and likes it. My fingers are crossed.
Am looking forward to preparing frozen cut-up okra in the oven with olive oil and salt. Moke & Kasey recommended this.
M&K are on a very, very strict eating regimen. I’ve tried many a tough diet, but the one they’re on is pure torture. They meet with a consultant and get professionally weighed. I send them many good thoughts and a whole bunch of encouragement all the time. I’m happy that they can lean on each other.
Well, I’ll be rucking on for now.
I’ll weigh May 21st, and hope to have lost 12 pounds by then. Thank y’all for vising my blog…..you’re so cool.
