Day 18

I found that you can make taco shells out of provolone or cheddar cheese, with 0g of carbs! Watch this video on how to prepare them....easy peasy. These tacos are delicious!

BLT lettuce wraps! Spread a leaf of lettuce with mayo, add cooked bacon and chopped tomatoes. Roll up and eat. Delicious!

I continue to research more recipes so that I don't get bored with the same o same o. If there is a low carb recipe that you want to share, please send it to me.

I'll be weighing May 21st, and hope to lose 12 lbs by then. My goal is to lose 50 pounds in 1 year by eating low carb and walking. Keep me in your thoughts, please.
