Day 9


Still on low carb… keeping on keeping on, and I’m enjoying it.  Trying new recipes is a big help, that way there’s no boredom.  I go on the internet and search for low carb meals.  These are some of my favorites so far:  chicken in foil, meatloaf, dijon brocolli chicken, pepper steak and soup.

I’m walking at lunchtime.  We’ve had beautiful weather for doing so.  Need to add light weights and add toning/flexibility exercises to the mix.  Wish I had someone to make me exercise, because I need to be pushed, but trainers are expensive.  I will eventually make myself do it…I hope.

I will weigh May 21st.  My overall goal is to lose 50 lbs in 1 year.  I know I can do this.
