fruits and vegetables

Haven't finished reading my BED book, but what I've read has been informative.

I've decided that when my evening cravings begin, I'll grab some fruit or vegetables, and eat all I want, until the binge episode passes. Going to take things one evening at a time.
 
Last night, I ate grapes until I became full!  My plan was successful!

Plus, another thing that helped was writing down how I was feeling and giving myself positive thoughts.

I'm trying the same thing again tonight. *fingers crossed*
