Here I go again people. This will be diet #1,193 in my lifetime of losing weight. I’ve lost many tons and failed, but I keep on truckin’, and isn’t that what it’s all about? Sure it is. Never give up, say I.
From researching the internet, I discovered that I have Binge Eating Disorder (BED). Not sure if I mentioned that before. I’ve ordered a book that’s suppose to explain BED, which I pretty much already understand, but it’s also going to mention reasons why I might have it and ways to get past a binge.
I do pretty well with my eating during the day, but my time to binge is always evening time. Even when I try to turn in early at night, I can’t sleep because I feel the uncontrollable need to get up and eat something, so I do.
If you’re a binger, let me know, and maybe we can share thoughts and information.
I was even thinking about getting some of you together and having a weight loss group that meets once a week. Let me know if you’d be interested in that.
