I'm motivated again

So proud of these women who have lost weight.  Most of them cut out fast food, soft drinks and they exercised.  Also, they make goals.  I need to have goals.

Tiffany said she watched videos of people who lost weight.  I'm going to do that too.  Hopefully it will help.  Am inspired by these beautiful ladies.  Another weight loss adventure begins for me! 

I'm not waiting until Monday.  It starts right here and now.
