Weigh Day

Cool 2nd Weigh = 229 lbs (loss of 3 lbs)

3 lbs in one week.  I'm glad about that.  I took each meal as it came, and tweaked it to fit my adventure -- (1) stayed away from extra salt & sugar  (2) ate wheat bread  (3) ate descent portions  (4) snacked on cherries, watermelon, cantaloupe, cheese, hot air popcorn, raw veggies  (5) no potato chips or PB, my kryptonite.

There were times when I ate more than I should, but I didn't beat myself up about it.  And, like I mention before, I'm not counting calories.  I will be having a hamburger this week, but no mayo and no fries.  That's the way I'm working it....eating what I want, but cutting something out.

Have not started exercising yet, but I know I will eventually. 

Taking it slow and not thinking of it as a diet but as an adventure.  I have no stress about it, no "break the rules and you're a slob" attitude, and no hating myself for my weaknesses.
