You know when a girl grabs the hair on the top of her head, fluffs it and throws it back? Does it serve a purpose? Is she showing us that her hair is long? Is it a nervous tick? Maybe it's a mating ritual? Whatever the reason, I find it annoying.
Some elderly people show up early for their dr. appointments, thinking that because they're early, they'll be seen early. But they don't get their name called until it's their time. When they see the dr., they say, "I've been waiting out there for an hour!"
When you eat green olives, do you simply put them in your mouth and chew, or do you suck out the pimento first?
On Friday, if you don't say, "Have a good weekend" to a co-worker, does that mean they won't have a good weekend?
When you see a U-Haul on the road, do you look to see what state is on the side of it, and if you're unable to look for the state, do your feel unsettled, like maybe you need closure?
