The message was omitted from the bottom of the photo. It read -- "gently off a cliff."
Hi Susan Jane! I will definitely go to Pinterest. Thank you sis, and thank you for your encouragement. I really think I can do this! Love you to pieces!
Hey Jill, are you on Pinterest? This is one of the best places I have found for recipes or anything else you are looking for. Just look up low carb recipes, you can make your own post and save them to your site and just look them up any time you want to
use one, w/out a lot of research. Happy weight loss! 😊 Love you!
That was a great hug we had. I'm so happy to be your friend. Thank you for commenting sweetie. Luv ya!
Love ya Jill.....so good to see you at the class this week!
Kid, thank you so much for your encouragement...again and again. You always have my back, and I always have your back. Love you to the hills, forever.
Hey my sweet Jill, so glad you are motivated. I know I speak for all when I tell you how happy I am about you riding your bike and in front of people and everything. That is a hugh step. The only way this is going to happen is to go it or keep trying until
you do. I love you. And you go girl!!!!

Okay, that's got to make you feel better. I am on the cusp of being one of those old narrow minded, careless, forgetful old people. But, I'll be one who doesn't like himself and would love not to be that way. We probably don't notice many of those. --
Hey, like the Pope keeps saying, "Pray for me." -- Great blog, Jill! Keep 'em up!
Hahaha, Moke. There should be no taunting, unless you have a machine gun.
Luv you! Luv you!

On the zombie safety hints, you needa add, don't taunt them, like see who can get the closest to 'em and start laughing. I've always wanted to do that.
Jill, I have a confession: I love your blog. Your snarkiness makes me proud to be a fellow snarker and I hope I can turn it in to creativity as you have.
Thanks for giving me a reason to smile on crummy days.
Jill to Susan
I will Susan Jane. Not bingeing is tough for me - a real battle. I love salty food! If I could get through the evenings, I'd be gold. Love you sis, you're very encouraging.
You can do it Sis! Your right, got to give yourself some slack once in a while and get back up and go at it. Keep the faith, you can do it!
Maricela, You're such a good cubicle mate and a sweet friend. I don't have much will power either. You will do it when you're ready. luv u!
Im so proud of You. You have some willpower. If I waould have started with you. Those 10lbs would have Fabulous. I guess I dont have will power.
Good for you. really proud of you.
Hey Kid thank you! Ha! We're pretty much on the same wave length, and I've always liked that. Love you to pieces. Hugs & moochies!

Im so happy for You. Keep it up. I also love them thingees (tacos) chicken ones with sour cream. But You keep doing what you are doing. Im very happy for you.
Wow Jill, way to go!!
So happy and excited for you!
Thank you Susan Jane! I'm really happy with the way I'm doing it. If I tell myself it's a diet, I immediately feel restricted and I blow it. This is a fantastic picture of you and Moke! I love you back, Sis!
Great blogging, Sis! I just caught up with it, as a way of putting off starting my article. You may have written it for me. -- Hey, would I be considered awesomely sweet? Would I? Huh?
Ha! So cool! Yes, it did work everytime. It was like a quiet understanding we had. That was a fond memory.
Benny and Tommy and I would always say I have dubs on that seat when I come back. And believe it or not it did work back then. Ha
Awesome You!! Sweetie, I really love you going to my blog. I love doing it. It’s much fun! OMG a davenport?! Hahaha! It’s like me saying “couch”…you can get strange looks from the young for that too….lady, it’s a sofa not a couch. Dungarees…hilarious!
Dungarees is strange….but davenport is the strangest. Let’s you and I continue to say “duh”. Because we use it, everybody will be saying it. You and I are trend setters. Luv you luv you!
Thank you my sweet Debra! I love the encouragement from you! This is the 3rd day on my adventure, and I’m still rolling with it. I like calling it an adventure, because that makes it more fun. I luv adventures! I’m looking forward to getting a bike! Luv
I love your "duh" write up. I use the word all the time. I'm all for bringing it back although I never ditched it. Lauren tells me all the time that I use words that aren't used or cool anymore. For ex, fuddy duddy and hype (describing myself, of course
:-)). Am I getting that old that I'm starting to use words that are no longer cool? :-) I can remember making fun of my father-in-law for calling jeans "dungarees". Geez, now that's old if you are using that word or Davenport to refer to a couch. What?? I
wonder if the salesperson at Star Furniture would even know what you were talking about if you asked to check out their Davenports. What?? They'd probably think "what a fuddy duddy". Just saying.... I love you.
I'm cheering you on Jill in your weight loss goal. I know you can do it. Go Jill, go Jill, it's your birthday, go Jill. :-)
Thank you Jay. I'm happy you know that I'm twisted and it's okay with you. A sweet brother, you are.
I love you too Kid, my sweetie sweet. You have always been so supportive to me and very encouraging. I walked up the stairs this morning....thought I was gonna die! ha.
Cool page post are sometimes a little twisted but that's who you are a little humor is a good thing.
I love you Jill and am always here for you. You have helped me.. more than you will ever know. All my Love, KID

Lonesome Dove is one of my favorite movies. What a classic scene. Woodrow McCall is so cool....and Tony Soprano. You never wronged that dude either. :-)
